Air France-KLM and Air France today signed a 1.1 billion euro revolving credit facility with 13 international banks, finalizing the early refinancing of the Air France credit facility which was due to mature in April 2016.
This new credit facility comprises two €550 million tranches with respective three and five-year maturities.
The syndicate includes 13 leading banks. BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Groupe Crédit Mutuel-CIC, Deutsche Bank, HSBC France, Natixis and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking were appointed Bookrunners and Top Mandated Lead Arrangers. Santander and Citi were Mandated Lead Arrangers. Additionally, Commerzbank, Bank of China, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley participated in this credit facility. Natixis was also appointed Facility Agent.
In total, Air France-KLM now has undrawn credit facilities amounting to €1.81 billion at its disposal.
