Appendix 3Y 3x Change of Director’s Interest Notice

Further to the lodgement of Appendix 3Y’s - Change of Director’s Interest Notice for Graeme Campbell, Colin Henson and Daniel Gladstone, AGT advises as follows.

These Appendix 3Y’s reflect the full participation by the above directors under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) on the interim dividend previously announced and the lapsing of performance Rights for Danny Gladstone. Notice of these changes were inadvertently not disclosed by AGT in an Appendix 3Y for the above directors within the prescribed time due to an administrative oversight. These disclosures are now made upon this omission being identified. The omission was not as a result of non-disclosure by the above directors and therefore AGT is satisfied its arrangements with directors to meet their disclosure obligations and its systems and processes to monitor changes, are adequate.
