In exercising optionsgranted under the Len Ainsworth OptionShare Trust, the trustee acquires ordinaryshares from the personal shareholding ofLeonard Hastings Ainsworth. Once theoptions have been exercised by the trustee,and the shares have been acquired, theseshares will either be allocated to the relevantemployees’ share units in the Len AinsworthOption Share Trust in place of the option,transferred to the employee or sold on themarket at the employeesinstruction.
