Appendix 3Y Announcement

Please find the attached late announcement of Appendix 3Y – Change of Director’s Interest Notice (“ Notice ”).

The Responsible Entity MacarthurCook Fund Management Limited (“ Responsible Entity ”) confirms that all other pre and post purchases have been duly announced and the late lodgement of this Notice was purely out of an administrative oversight.

None of the purchases were made during the blackout periods.

This oversight was detected by the Responsible Entity through a schedule compliance audit.

Notwithstanding this, our internal procedures have been further revised to ensure that such an error will not reoccur.

The Responsible Entity is confident that it will continue to have sound compliance procedures in place to ensure full compliance to the ASX Listing Rules.
