MacarthurCook Property Securities Fund Non-Renounceable Rights Issue – Letter dispatched to Unitholders

Attached are copies of letters sent to unitholders of the Fund holding units on the Australian Securities Exchange and the Singapore Stock Exchange, respectively.

The letters are in respect of the 13 for 15 Non-Renounceable Rights Issue (the “Rights Issue”) being made pursuant to the Rights Issue document dated 11 May 2012. The Rights Issue Offer document will be sent to unitholders shortly and will be made available on MacarthurCook’s website (www.macarthurcook.com.au) and the ASX website (www.asx.com.au) in due course.
