DATE OF AGM & CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
AIC Mines Limited (ASX: A1M) ( Company ) advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on 21 May 2021.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company also advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 8 April 2021. In accordance with rule 19.3(h) of the Company's Constitution, any nominations, along with a written notice signed by the nominee giving consent to the nomination and signifying either candidature for the office or the intention of the member to nominate the nominee must be left at the Company's registered office by no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on 8 April 2021.
