Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) and Rule 6.1.67 of Euronext Dublin Listing Rules, the Company makes the following notification in relation to Andy Maguire, an independent non-executive director of the Company.

As announced by  Westpac Banking Corporation (Westpac) on 14 May 2024,  Andy Maguire is to be appointed as an independent non-executive director of the board of Westpac in mid July 2024, following the completion of regulatory and Australian visa requirements.
