The Company announces that Raj Singh, an AIB Group Non-Executive Director, has assumed a nonexecutive directorship on the board of Muscat Insurance Company SAOG which is listed on the Muscat Securities Market in Oman. Mr Singh assumed the role on 15 March 2021.

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 6.1.67(2) of Euronext Dublin's Listing Rules and Rule 9.6.14(2) of the London Stock Exchange's Listing Rules.
