CHANGE IN DIRECTOR DETAILS

AIB Group plc announces that its non-executive Director, Mr Fergal O'Dwyer, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Hibernia REIT plc, a real estate investment trust which is listed on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 25 November 2021.

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 6.1.67(2) of Euronext Dublin's Listing Rules and Rule 9.6.14(2) of the London Stock Exchange's Listing Rules.
