DIRECTORATE CHANGE

The Boards of AIB Group plc and Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. (together the "Group" or "AIB") announce that further to the Group's announcement on 30 July 2020, Mr Tomás O'Midheach has stepped down from all executive positions within the Group and has resigned as Executive Director with effect from 4 November 2020.

This announcement is made in accordance with the Euronext Listing Rule 6.1.64 and UK Listing Rule 9.6.11.
