COMMITTEE CHANGE

AIB Group plc (the "Company") announces that Ms Sandy Kinney Pritchard replaces Ms Catherine Woods as Board Audit Committee Chair with effect from 25 April 2019.

Sandy has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company and a member of the Board Risk Committee and Board Audit Committee since 22 March 2019. Catherine will remain a member of the Board Audit Committee.

The announcement is made in accordance with Rule 6.6.5 of Euronext Dublin's Listing Rules and Rule 9.6.11 of the London Stock Exchange's Listing Rules.

The Company confirms that there are no matters requiring disclosure under Rule 6.6.7 of Euronext Dublin's Listing Rules/Rule 9.6.13 of the London Stock Exchange's Listing Rules relating to any of the aforementioned individuals.
