Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer

The Company is pleased to announce that Mark Dearsley has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. This follows Andrew Price’s decision to step down as Chief Financial Officer in December.

Mr Dearsley is a Chartered Accountant with extensive board level experience in the financial sector, including serving as Group Finance Director of Partnership Assurance, Group Chief Financial Officer for Savills plc and Finance Director of Aviva Europe & International, the international division of Aviva PLC. He was most recently Group Strategy Director for Just Group plc.

Commenting on the appointment of Mark Dearsley, John Cotter, Group CEO said:
