IFG Group plc (the "Company") Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
The Company is pleased to announce that Andrew Price has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of IFG Group plc effective 18 April 2017, reporting to John Cotter, Group CEO.
Mr Price is a senior finance executive and Chartered Accountant, with extensive experience in financial management. Mr Price most recently served as the Group Financial Controller for Legal & General Group plc. Before Legal & General Group plc he held senior positions in financial services and insurance companies including Close Brothers Limited and Royal Sun Alliance plc, having previously trained with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Commenting on the appointment of Andrew Price, John Cotter, Chief Executive, said:
