A total of 123,447 Restricted Share Units (RSUs) have been issued to John Martin, Alison Loat and Jonathan Pearce in relation to the Company¿s FY21 LTI Grant (60,705 total RSUs) and FY22 LTI Grant (62,742 total RSUs) LTI grant ¿ refer to section 6.3.3.2 of the Company¿s prospectus dated 10 August 2020, and the Company's FY21 Annual Report (available at www.asx.com.au).

The FY21 RSUs (60,705 total RSUs) have been granted and immediately exercised for shares in accordance with their terms of issue.

The FY22 RSUs (62,742 total RSUs) will vest in equal quarterly instalments and will be exercisable for shares on vesting. If not exercised earlier, vested RSUs will be automatically exercised at the end of FY22.
