The conversion of 4912 RSUs to Ordinary Shares refers to the Appendix 3G submitted to the ASX on 30/09/2021 in relation to Mr Jonathan Pearce who retired from the Board on 31/08/2021. In accordance with the terms of his appointment as Director, and as noted within the Quarterly Activities and Appendix 4C released on 26/10/2021, the Company will issue to Mr Pearce a total of 4,912 RSUs, granted on a fully-vested basis.
