Access Innovation Holdings Limited (ASX: AIM) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Access Innovation Holdings Limited (‘AIM’) will be placed in trading halt at AIM’s request, pending it releasing an announcement about the outcome of the institutional component of the accelerated entitlement offer. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 30 April 2021.

Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Access Innovation Holdings Limited (ACN 122 058 708) (ASX:AIM) ( Ai-Media ) requests that ASX grant an immediate trading halt of Ai-Media’s ordinary shares for a total of two trading days commencing pre-open on Wednesday, 28 April 2021.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, we advise that:

  1. The trading halt is requested in connection with a fully underwritten capital raising to be undertaken by way of a share placement and pro rata accelerated renounceable entitlement offer ( Offer ). The Offer is being undertaken to fund a material acquisition. The trading halt is required to enable the institutional component of the Offer to be conducted in an orderly manner.

  2. Ai-Media requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of the institutional component of the Offer and the commencement of trading on Friday, 30 April 2021.

  3. Ai-Media is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.

This trading halt request has been authorised for release by the Ai-Media Board.
