Ahler’s Supervisory Board decides to reduce the Management Board

At its ordinary meeting on December 12, 2018, the Supervisory Board of Ahlers AG decided to reduce the Management Board again to a two-person committee.

The Supervisory Board aims to respond to market-related challenges with lean structures and a high level of flexibility. As a result, Mr. Borchert (50) is leaving the Management Board of Ahlers AG with immediate effect.

The Supervisory Board would like to thank Mr. Borchert for his commitment in the areas of corporate communications, marketing, design, retail and e-commerce.

Götz Borchert is leaving the Ahlers AG by mutual consent. He began his career on July 1, 2005 as a media spokesman for Ahlers AG.
