H1 FY19 Income from Operations at **9,683 lacs (up 147% Y-O-Y) H1 FY19 PAT at** 701 lacs (up 175% Y-O-Y)

Hyderabad, November 15, 2018 : Ahlada Engineers Limited, reported Income from Operations of 9,683 lacs for the half year ended September 30, 2018, as compared to 3932 lacs for the half year ended September 30, 2017, a rise of 146%.

Net Profit for the half year ended September 30, 2018 was at 701.39 lacs as compared to 254.50 lacs for the same period previous year, a jump of 175%.

Corporate Highlights:

The Company successfully completed its maiden Public Issue and listed on the Emerge platform of National Stock Exchange of India w.e.f September 27, 2018.

Having raised funds through the public issue, the Company is working towards enhancing its production facilities as stated in the Prospectus and is confident of achieving its target of enhancing its production facilities to manufacture 3.40 lac doors during this fiscal.

Operational Highlights:

The Company is enhancing its production capacities and continues to supply steel doors to Tata Steel Limited (TSL) in terms of the MMSA signed between us and TSL on August 22, 2017. Further, in terms of the said agreement we have raised a debit note for an amount of ` 17.51 cr on TSL towards reimbursement of cost of raw materials and overheads attributable. This amount is under audit by TSL and our Company is confident of realising the same.

TSL has also started its advertising campaign “ We also make tomorrow” , which also covers the Steel Doors and windows under its ‘ Pravesh ’ brand name.
