Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 13th day of February, 2021 through video/audio conference inter alia, consider and approve the following business:

- To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2020 along with Limited Review Report.

- Any other business as may be permitted by the Chairman.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from 28th January, 2021 to 15th February, 2021 (both days inclusive).
The intimation towards closure of trading window has already been submitted to stock exchange
