Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 13th day of November, 2021 through video/audio conference inter alia, consider and approve the following business:

• 1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2021, statement of assets and liabilities, cash flow, along with Auditors Report.
• 1. Any other business as may be permitted by the Chairman.

Further, in continuation of our earlier Intimation letter dated September 30, 2021, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company had already been closed for the Insiders covered under the Code, with effect from October 01, 2021 and same shall be reopen after the end of 48 hours after the results are made public.
