In compliance with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Bhaskara Reddy, Nallapureddy (DIN:08084679) has resigned from the position of the Independent Director of the Company with effect from Saturday, 23rd January, 2021 due to pre-occupations in varied activities.
In this regard please find below details pursuant to Regulation 30 SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No.CIR/CFD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015.
