The above results for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2021 were reviewed by Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the meeting held on June 29, 2021.

The Financial Results of the Company have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act 2013 read with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015.

The format for quarterly results as prescribed in SEBI's Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/15/2015, dated 30th November 2015, has been modified to comply with requirements of SEBI's circular dated 5th July, 2016.

Expenses are recognised in statement of profit and loss using a classification based on the nature of expense method as per para 99 of Ind AS 1, Presentation of financial statements.

The Company is engaged in Trading in LPG and leasing out bottling plants temporarily. There are no other reportable segments as per Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS - 108).

1. Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) has been initiated in respect of MIC Electronics Limited ("company") under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankrupty Code. 2016 ('Code') by an order of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad with effect from 13th March 2018. As per Section 17 of the Code, appointed Mr.N. Prabhakar as the interim Resolution Professional (IRP) in terms of IBC. Mr.N.Prabhakar was subsequently confirmed by the committee of creditors (CoC) as the Resolution Professional (RP). Thereafter Honourable NCLT, Hyderabad bench has passed an order dated 31st July 2019 approving the Resolution Plan submitted by the resolution applicant. Consequently new board of directors have been appointed by the company. The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee at its meeting held on 30th June 2021 and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30th June 2021.

The resolution applicant has made payment of Rs.26.08 Crores to creditors as on 31st March 2021 as per NCLT Order dated 31st July 2019. Subsequent to the date of balance sheet. the balance amount of Rs.29.88 Crores as on 04.05.2021 was paid as full and final payment to discharge the liabilities of all creditors. The company has therefore made necessary writeoffs / writebacks in the books as on 31st March 2021.

2 The statutory auditors have expressed qualified opinion for the year ended 31st March 2021 in respect of the following matters.

a) The company has certain trade receivables, security deposits, loans and advances, other financial and current assets aggregating to Rs.7.43 Crores. The management of the company is confident of recovery of the aforesaid dues. Confirmation of balances could not be obtained as at 31st March 2021 for various trade receivables, trade payables. The management has already made provision for doubtful receivables / advances and believes that no material adjustments would be required in books of accounts upon receipt of these confirmations.

• b) Pursuant to the order of NCLT dt.31.07.2019 approving the resolution plan, necessary write off of assets/expenses/write back of liability/provision has been carried out in the books of accounts of the company. As per the order any debit or credit being the balancing figure shall be adjusted by the company in the capital reserve and the same shall be deemed to be in compliance with the applicable accounting standards. This has resulted the credit of Rs.138.53 crores to the capital reserve
• The consolidated financial results include the unaudited financial results of the wholly owned subsidiary, M/s.MIC Electronics Inc. $\mathbf{3}$
• Management reviewed the deferred tax assets/liabilities on temporary differences between the tax base of assets and liabilities and their carrying amounts for the financial reporting $\overline{4}$ purpose at reporting date. However, as the company is under CIRP, there is virtual uncertainity of taxable profits in near future and availability of deferred tax assets to be set off Accordingly, the deferred tax (net assets) for the reporting period i.e, April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 have not been considered.
• The outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic globally and in India is causing significant disturbance and slow down of economic activity. As on the date of these results, the 5 Company based on the internal and external information available and the current indicators, believes that there is no material impact of the pandemic on its overall performance. except as mentioned hereinbefore. However, given the uncertainties associated with the nature and duration of COVID-19, the Company continues to monitor the situation closely and shall take appropriate actions based on material changes (if any).
• 6 The Company has only one segment i.e., LED Products.
• The statement includes results for the quarter ended 31st March 2021 and 31st March 2020 being the balancing figure between the audited figures in respect of the financial year and $\overline{7}$ previous financial year and the publised figures upto 3rd quarter of the current financial year and previous financial year respectively.

రెండు తెలుగు రాఝ్ష్రాల మధ్య నెలకొన్న జల వివాదాలు చర్చలతో పరిష్కరించుకోవాలని వక్తలు సూచించారు. తెలంగాణ రా\ష్ట రైతు సంఘం ఆధ్వర్యంలో కష్టా జలాల వివాదంపై గురువారం రౌండ్ టేబుల్ సమావేశం ఆ సంఘం నాయకురాలు పశ్య పద్మ అధ్యక్షతన మగ్గూం భవన్లో జరిగింది. ఈ సమావేశంలో సీపీఐ కార్యదర్శి చాడ వెంకట్ రెడ్డి, తెలుగుదేశం నాయకులు చిలువేరు కాశీనాథ్, సాగునీటి వినియోగ నిపుణులు లక్ష్మీనారాయణ, శ్యాం (పసాద్ ెండ్డి ఏఐటీయూసీ నాయకులు ఉజ్జిని రత్నాకర్రావు, వ్యవసాయ కార్మిక సంఘం ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి ఆర్ వెంక(టాములు పాల్గొని ప్రసంగించారు. కృష్తా జలాల వినియోగంపై రెండు రాష్ర్టాలు తెలంగాణ, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ మధ్య జల జగడం తీ|వతరమైనదన్నారు. ఏపీ |పభుత్వం చేపట్టిన రాయలసీమ ఎత్తిపోతల పథకం, రాజోలిబండ కుడికాలువ నిర్మాణాలు తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలోని కృష్తా బేసిన్ (పాంతాలు, ఉమ్మడి పాలమూరు, నల్లగొండ, ఖమ్మం, రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లాలకు సాగునీరు, హైదరాబాదుకు తాగునీటి విషయంలో తీ|వ అన్యాయం జరిగే (పమాదం ఉందన్నారు. ఈ నిర్మాణాలను వెంటనే నిలుపుదల చేయాలని రౌండ్ టేబుల్ సమావేశంలో వక్తలు ఏపీ సర్కారుని కోరారు. పాలమూరు– రంగారెడ్డి, దిండి, నెట్టెంపాడు, కల్వకుర్తి విస్తరణ (పాజెక్టులను ఎలాంటి అనుమతి లేకుండానే తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టిందని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం వాదిస్తున్నదని చెప్పారు. రెండు రాష్ర్టాల మధ్య చోటు చేసుకుంటున్న వాగ్వాదాలు జల వివాదాన్ని మరింతగా జఠిలం చేసుకోకుండా ఇరు రాౖష్టాల మధ్య జల వివాదం పై బ్రిజేష్ కుమార్ ఛైర్మన్గా కృష్మా (టిబ్యూనల్ ద్వారా పరిష్కరించుకోవాలని సూచించారు.

కృష్ణా జలాల వినియోగంలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నిరంతరంగా కేంద్ర పాలకులపై ఒత్తిడి తీసుకురాలేకపోవటం, సకాలంలో నిధులను కేటాయించి పెండింగ్ (పాజెక్టులను పూర్తి చేయకపోవటంపై తెలంగాణ రాష్ఠ్ర ప్రభుత్వ వైఫల్యాన్ని ఖండించారు. కర్ణాటక రాష్ట్రంలో ఎగువ తుంగ నుంచి ఎగువ భ(దకు అక్రమంగా నిర్మిస్తున్న ఎత్తిపోతల పథకంపై ఇరు రాష్ఠ్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు [పశ్నించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. నిరంతరంగా ఢిల్లీలో దీనిపై పోరాటం కొనసాగించటానికి సాగునీటి నిపుణులతో ఒక కమిటీని రాడ్ల్ల (పభుత్వం (పత్యేకంగా నియమించాలన్నారు. కృష్ణా జలాల వివాదంపై అఖీలపక్ష సమావేశం ఏర్పాటు

రెండు తెలుగు రాష్ర్టాలు నీటి వివాదం విషయంలో భావోద్వేగాలు రెచ్చకొట్టకూడదని తెలంగాణ రైతు సంఘం (పథాన కార్యదర్శి టి సాగర్ సూచించారు. బ్రిజేష్ టిబ్యునల్ ద్రకారం నీటి పున:పంపిణీ చేయాలని కోరారు. గురువారం హైదరాబాద్లోని మఖ్తూమ్ భవన్లో తెలంగాణ రైతు సంఘం ఆధ్వర్యంలో కృష్ణా జలాల వివాదంపై టి సాగర్ మాట్లాడుతూ తెలంగాణ (పాంతానికి 68శాతం క్యాచ్మెంట్ ఏరియా ఉందనీ, దానికి (పకారం నీటి పంపకాలు జరగాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. కర్ణాటక, మహారాష్ఠ్ర, ఉమ్మడి ఆం(ధ(పదేశ్ రా[ష్టాలకు పంపిణీ జరగిందనీ, ఇప్పుడు, తెలంగాణ, ఏపీ జరగాలన్నారు. ఈ సమస్యను కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ పరిష్కరించాలని కోరారు. తెలంగాణ రా(ష్టంలో (పాధాన్యతా (కమంలో (పాజెక్టులు నిర్మించాలని సూచించారు. వివాదాల విషయం మాట్లాడుతున్న రాష్ఠ్ర ప్రభుత్వం...అన్ని అనుమతులు ఉన్న బీమా 1, 2, నారాయణపేట, కోడంగల్ ఎత్తిపోతల పథకాలను ఎందుకు పూర్తి చేయడం లేదని [పశ్నించారు. [పాజెక్టుల నిర్మాణంతో ఉమ్మడి మహబూబ్నగర్, ఉమ్మడి ఆదిలాబాద్ వంటి వెనకబడిన జిల్లాలకు (పయోజనం జరుగుతుందని చెప్పారు. కృష్ణా జల వివాదాలపై వెంటనే అఖిలపక్టం నిర్వహించి, అందరీ అభ్రిపాయాలు తీసుకుని సమస్యను పరిష్కరించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
