TRADING HALT
The securities of Aguia Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 22 June 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

AGUIA RESOURCES LIMITED – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT (ASX: AGR or Company)
The Company requests an immediate trading halt pending the release of an announcement in relation to a material capital raising.
The trading halt is being requested for 48 hours, to conclude pre-market open on Thursday 22 June. However, as the capital raising is partially being undertaken in the North American markets, it is noted that the Company may require a voluntary suspension of its securities for a further 48 hours from the conclusion of the trading halt, with an expected date of relisting of the Company’s securities on Monday 26 June. The request for the voluntary suspension, if required, will be made prior to market open on Thursday 22 June.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
