CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Sydney, Australia: Aguia Resources Limited (ASX:AGR) (‘ Aguia ’ or the ‘ Company ’) advises that Mr. Nicholas Donlon has been appointed as Company Secretary effective 29 January 2021 following the resignation of Ms. Sarah Prince. Mr. Donlon will also be the primary person responsible for communications with the ASX pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 12.6.

The Board of Aguia would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Prince for her invaluable service to the Company during her time as Company Secretary, particularly for her assistance in the implementation of our corporate restructuring. We wish her all the best in her new position and future endeavours.

Mr. Donlon holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics (majoring in Agricultural Economics and Finance) from the University of Sydney and a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology, Sydney. He holds SMSF Specialist Adviser accreditation, is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and is currently completing a Certificate in Governance Practice.

Nicholas has been involved with Aguia for a number of years. Over the past 10 months he has been assisting the Company with investor relations and has been working closely with Ms. Prince and the rest of our team in both Sydney and Brazil.
