2012 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – CHANGE OF DATE
The Directors of Aguia Resources Limited (ASX: AGR) (“Aguia” or “Company”) wish to advise that the date and time for the Company’s Annual General Meeting has been changed to Monday 30 November 2012, 11.30am (AEDT) with the location being as previously notified at Level 10, 131 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders on Wednesday, 31 October 2012.
