Dr. Imdat DOGAN

Mr. Dogan completed hĜs undergraduate educatĜon at Istanbul UnĜversĜty, Faculty of EconomĜcs, Department of PublĜc AdmĜnĜstratĜon and receĜved a Master's degree (MBA) Ĝn FĜnance and Investment from Baruch UnĜversĜty, ZĜcklĜn School of BusĜness Ĝn the UnĜted States. WhĜle he was Ĝn the UnĜted States, he Ĝnterned at NYMEX (New York MercantĜle Exchange) and worked at varĜous posĜtĜons Ĝn equĜty research, fĜrm valuatĜon, portfolĜo management, tradĜng and fĜnancĜal controllĜng, etc. at ĜnternatĜonal Ĝnvestment banks and Ĝnvestment management corporatĜons such as Goldman Sachs Co., PrudentĜal EquĜty Research, Deutsche Bank and BlockRock Inc. He served as the Secretary of the ExecutĜve CommĜttee of the Venture CapĜtal Support Group at TÜBİTAK (The ScĜentĜfĜc and TechnologĜcal Research CouncĜl of TurkĜye) and foundĜng head of RĜsk Management and AudĜt departments at Energy Exhange Istanbul (EPİAŞ) Ĝn TurkĜye. Mr. Dogan, who has a doctorate degree Ĝn BankĜng and FĜnance, lectures on portfolĜo management, Ĝnvestment analysĜs, ĜnternatĜonal fĜnance, energy economĜcs, etc. at dĜƯerent unĜversĜtĜes. As of 07.02.2024, Dr. İmdat Doğan began servĜng as the Deputy General Manager (CFO) at Agrotech Yüksek TeknolojĜ ve Yatırım AnonĜm ŞĜrketĜ. Dr. Imdat Dogan has been actĜng as the General Manager sĜnce 14.06.2024.
