ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROFIT WARNING

Agros Development Company «Proodos» Public Limited announces, that based on the preliminary financial indications, the financial results for the first six months of 2019, are expected to deviate compared to the corresponding period of 2018, for the following reasons:

• 1. During the corresponding previous year period, the Rodon Mount Hotel and Resort was closed down for the months of January to May, due to the renovation works taking place.
• 1. The Company has proceeded with the sale of a residential plot of land during the first six months of 2019.

The financial results for the whole year 2019 are expected to be improved compared to the corresponding results of the year 2018, and this is due to the upgrading of the facilities as well as the operation of the Rodon Mount Hotel and Resort for the full year.
