Update regarding Broker Option

Further to the announcement made on 18 May 2021 regarding the proposed fundraising by the Company, Agronomics is pleased to announce that, in the light of investor demand reported as being six times oversubscribed, the number of ordinary shares available under the Broker Option granted to Peterhouse Capital Limited ("Peterhouse") has been increased from 9,090,909  to 13,636,364 Ordinary Shares (representing an increase of 50 per cent. to £3 million).

This increase will allow as many eligible investors as possible on the register on 10 May 2021 to be prioritised for participation in the Broker Option. Peterhouse may choose not to accept applications and/or to accept applications, either in whole or in part, based on allocations determined at their sole discretion (after consultation with the Company) and may scale down any bids for this purpose on such basis as Peterhouse may determine.
