Agronomics Limited announce the retirement from the Company of Anderson Whamond, Non-executive director, with immediate effect. Mr Whamond was appointed to the Board in April 2013 and the Board would like to thank him for all his help in the successful development of the Company and wish him well for the future.

The Board are reviewing a number of potential replacements and hope to make a further announcement in due course.
