Agriterra announces that it received notification on 14 February 2017 that following the acquisition of 3,250,000 Ordinary Shares on 13 February 2017, Mr. William Philip Seymour Richards is now interested in 98,250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.25% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.  The legal title is held on Mr Richards' behalf by his nominee, Fitel Nominees Limited.
