Agriterra announces that it received notification on 1 February 2017 that following the acquisition of 8,370,616 Ordinary Shares on 25 January 2017, Mr. William Philip Seymour Richards is now interested in 93,530,616 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.81% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.  The legal title is held on Mr Richards' behalf by his nominee, Fitel Nominees Limited.
