The Board of Agriterra has been informed by Daniel Cassiano-Silva, non-executive director of the Company, of his intention to retire as a non-executive director to focus on his other business commitments, with immediate effect. 

Ms Havers, chair of Agriterra said: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dan for his considerable input into the development of the Company, four years as finance director and as a non-executive director over the last 12 months.  On behalf of the Board, we wish him well in his other business pursuits."
