In its 2015|16 financial year (1 March 2015 to 29 February 2016), AGRANA achieved an operating result (EBIT) of EUR 129.0 million, higher than that of the prior year (2014|15: EUR 121.7 million). Group revenue of EUR 2.477.6 million remained comparable with the prior period (2014|15: EUR 2,493.5 million).

In view of a moderate increase in earnings in the current financial year 2016|17, the Management Board will propose a dividend payment of EUR 4.00 per share (2014|15: EUR 3.60) to the Annual General Meeting on 1 July 2016. This is equivalent to a dividend yield of around 5 %.

The publication of the Annual Report 2015|16 and of all the details relating to the annual results for 2015|16 and the outlook for 2016|17 will take place as scheduled on 17 May 2016.
