The Management Board of Agora S.A. with itsregistered seat in Warsaw ("the Company", "Agora"), hereby announcesthat on August 25, 2025 the Company obtained a notification informingthat due to the disposal of Company's shares in transactions at the WSEin Warsaw dated August 19, 2025 Nationale - Nederlanden Otwarty FunduszEmerytalny ("OFE") the fund managed by Nationale - NederlandenPowszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. decreased the total number ofheld shares and voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders ofAgora S.A. below 5%.
