Report Content The Management Board of Agora S.A. (_quot;Agora_quot;,_quot;Company_quot;), in connection with regulatory filings_#160;Nos.10/2022 of March 28, 2022, 11/2022 of April 14, 2022 and 10/2024 ofApril 11, 2024 hereby informs that on May 29, 2024 the Company concludedwith Santander Bank Polska Spółka Akcyjna amendment no. 2 to theoverdraft agreement No. K00245/22 of April 14, 2022 with furtheramendments ("Amendment", "Agreement").
Pursuant to the Amendment, the parties decided todelete form the Agreement a provision concerning collateral in a form ofa liquidity guarantee from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego under the PLG FGPportfolio guarantee line covering 80% of credit amounts in the currentaccount, i.e. PLN 28,000,000.00 for the term until July 13, 2024.
