OSLO, Norway – January 9, 2025 - Agilyx ASA (OSE: AGLX: OTCQX: AGXXF: ISIN: NO0010872468: WKN: A2QGQ) ("Agilyx" or the "Company") references the announcement made by the Company on October 13, 2025 regarding an update on, inter alia, the pending completion of its strategic investment in GreenDot Global S.à.r.l. (the "Transaction").

In said announcement, the Company stated that the 14,866,554 consideration shares issued in connection with the completion of the Transaction (the "Consideration Shares") would be admitted to listing on Euronext Oslo Børs under the Company’s ordinary ISIN following the publication of an exempted document prepared pursuant to and in accordance with Article 1 (5) (e) of the EU Prospectus Regulation, as implemented in Norway in accordance with Section 7-1 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act (the "Exempted Document").

The Exempted Document has now been published by the Company and is attached to this notice.

Trading in the Consideration Shares on Euronext Oslo Børs under the Company's ordinary ISIN NO0010809783 is expected to commence on or about 12 January 2026 under the ticker "AGLX".
