OSLO, Norway – April 23, 2024 – Agilyx ASA (OSE: AGLX; OTCQX: AGXXF) (“Agilyx” or “the company”), a technology company that enables customers to recycle the most challenging post-use plastics to high value, virgin-equivalent products, announced today the 2024 Annual General Meeting to be held on 16 May 2024 at 10:00 (CEST) at the offices of Advokatfirmaet Schødt AS, Tordenskiolds gate 12, 0160 Oslo, Norway.
