On December 16, 2021, Agilysys, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ResortSuite Inc., a Canada-based property management solution provider. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
