Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 16, 2017, Jimmie Walker, Jr.’s employment as Senior Vice President, Global Revenue, of Agilysys, Inc. was terminated. Mr. Walker and Agilysys are currently negotiating the terms of his separation.

The Company has engaged an executive search firm to recruit a new revenue leader. In the interim, Ramesh Srinivasan, Agilysys’ President and Chief Executive Officer, is overseeing all global sales and marketing responsibilities.
