(d) On October 29, 2007, Agilysys, Inc. issued a press release announcing the appointment of Eileen M. Rudden to the Company’s board of directors, effective October 29, 2007. Ms. Rudden will serve the balance of Mr. Thomas C. Sullivan’s current term, which will expire at the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders in 2009. It is currently the intention of the board of directors to nominate Ms. Rudden for re-election at the 2009 annual meeting. Committee assignments for Ms. Rudden have not been determined as of the filing of this Form 8‑K. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
