Subject: Agility Global PLC Q1/2026 Board Meeting Results	الموضوع: نتائج اجتماع مجلس إدارة شركة أجيليتي جلوبال بي إل سي
Please be informed that Agility Global PLC’s board has met on Friday May 8th, 2026, at 03.00 pm (UAE Time) and approved the below points on the agenda:
1- The financial results for the first quarter of 2026, reporting USD 1.4 billion in revenues and Net profit for equity holders of USD 23.5 million.
2- Other items related to the business.	بالاشارة الى الموضوع أعلاه، تود شركة أجيليتي جلوبال بي إل سي أن تعلن أن مجلس الإدارة قد اجتمع يوم الجمعة الواقع في 08 مايو 2026 الساعة 03.00 مساءً (بتوقيت الامارات) وتم اعتماد التالي:
1- البيانات المالية للربيع الأول من عام 2026 محققة اجمالي ايرادات بقيمة 1.4 مليار دولار وصافي أرباح لمساهمي الشركة بقيمة 23.5 مليون دولار أمريكي.
2- بالاضافة الى بنود أخرى متعلقة بأعمال الشركة
