In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with related circulars and notifications, if any, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. March 31, 2025 has inter-alia approved the setting up a new Container Glass Plant (Greenfield Project) in Madhya Pradesh.
The details, as required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 read with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure A.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 1:15 P.M. and concluded at 2:30 P.M.
