AGEDB Technology Announces Officer & Director Changes

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, March 14, 2025 - AGEDB Technology Ltd. ("AGEDB" or the "Company") (TSXV: AGET), announces that Young Seung (Andrew) Ko has been suspended from his role as CEO of the Company and Christopher Cherry, current Director of the Company, shall assume the role of Interim CEO. Mr. Ko shall remain on the Company's Board of Directors.

Additionally, Richard (Rick) Barnett has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Barnett has extensive corporate experience as a Director, CEO, CFO, Controller, and Secretary with over 30 years accounting experience serving both public and private corporations. Experience covers a wide range of companies including oil & gas, resource & exploration, engineering, and research & development.

He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPA, CGA) and oversees management and accounting functions within the various companies, responsibilities include managing annual audits, budgeting, and preparation of financial statements.
