On March 27, 2018, AgEagle Aerial Systems, Inc. (the “Company”), an aerial drone imagery collection and analytics company, issued a press release announcing that it consummated its merger with EnerJex Resources, Inc. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated by reference herein.
