With reference to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, TK Development A/S hereby makes the following announcement:

TK Development A/S, ISIN DK0010258995, has received notification from Strategic Investment A/S, Christian IX's Gade 2, 2, DK-1111 Copenhagen, to the effect that today the company acquired 9,000,000 shares in TK Development A/S. Accordingly, Strategic Investment A/S owns a total of 11,900,000 shares in TK Development A/S, equal to 12.12 % of the total share capital and voting rights.
