TK Development A/S, ISIN DK0010258995, has received notification from Strategic Capital ApS, Islands Brygge 79 C, 4, DK-2300 Copenhagen S, to the effect that today the company has sold 9,000,000 shares in TK Development A/S. Accordingly, Strategic Capital owns a total of 899,694 shares in TK Development A/S, equal to 0.92 % of the total share capital and voting rights.
