Development A/S hereby makes the following announcement:

TK Development A/S, ISIN DK0010258995, has received notification from Kirk &
Thorsen Invest A/S, Toldvagten 2, DK-7100 Vejle, to the effect that today the
company acquired 925,000 shares in TK Development A/S. Accordingly, in
conjunction with EBP Holding A/S, the company owns a total of 5,117,220 shares,
equal to 5.21 % of the share capital.
