Development A/S hereby makes the following announcement:

TK Development A/S, ISIN DK0010258995, has received notification from Storm
Capital Management Ltd., 100 New Bond Street, London W1S 1SP, UK, to the effect
that Storm Real Estate ASA c/o Storm Capital Management Ltd. increased its
holding of TK Development shares on 18 February 2013 to a total of 4,405,207
shares, equal to 10.47 % of the share capital.
