TK Development A/S, ISIN DK0010258995, has received notification from Henrik Østenkjær Lind, Åkrogs Strandvej 32, DK‐8240 Risskov to the effect that, personally and through his company Lind Value ApS, he has today increased his holding of TK Development shares to a total of 4,915,740 shares, equal to 5.01 % of the share capital.
