TK Development A/S, ISIN DK0010258995, has received notification from Kurt Daell, Lysagervej 25, DK‐2920 Charlottenlund, to the effect that Kurt Daell and Dava 1 ApS increased their holding of TK Development shares on 15 December 2011 to a total of 4,212,832 shares, equal to 10.01 % of the share capital.
